My friend with cancer needs to move her body. All indications point to the fact that this will help her heal, perk up her energy levels – and could even save her life.
I need to go shovel my driveway – not only would it be good for my after a weekend of indolence, but it will enable me to go to work more easily tomorrow.
It’s the next right thing. In my case, I need to further education – I am positively sure that getting some movement is a very good thing.
So why do we resist it so much?
